The Organization For Environmental Change (OFEC) was started by a group of University Graduates from different campuses with diverse backgrounds with the aim of bringing together all collaborative environmental health stake holders in sensitizing the community of the hazards arising from various practices that have been adapted through our day to day living situations and surroundings.
